Napster looping when trying to play song, Broken by (KB952069) on XP 64bit Edition
It's come to my attention after updating Windows that I can no longer use Napster. Other people have had a similar issue, however I couldn't find a fix for this on the internet. I found out the problem, and it is caused by the following update being installed by Windows Update (A High Priority one apparently), which breaks Napster.
To fix Napster, remove the following updates via Add/Remove Programs after clicking the "Show Updates" checkbox.
Security Update for 32-bit Windows Media Runtime for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB952069)
"A security issue has been identified that could allow an authenticated remote attacker to compromise your system and gain control over it. You can help protect your system by installing this update from Microsoft. After you install this update, you may have to restart your system." - So generic? - You choose whether you need it or not... If you're behind a firewall and have AV, you're more than likely alright.
Remove any update referring to KB952069 - There appeared to be 2 on the update menu.

Microsoft Update for ActiveX Killbits (KB960715)
It has come to my attention repeatedly whilst doing Windows Updates on various different machines, that there is one update that always fails for whatever reason, but it will never update and you can't get rid of it.
After a quick search on Google, I came up with the Microsoft site below which has this update for download, so that you can download it and patch your system without any issues. This will remove the need to continously retry installing it on Windows Update. I hope this helps some of you out there. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/960715
